Throughout our events, we'll have pacers, but only for the half and full marathons. The length of these activities often requires a lot more motivation from experienced runners, which is why we reserve our pacers for the more challenging blocks.

Accordingly, here are the pace groups by blocks:

10k

  • 0:43 hr (6:55 min/mile)
  • 0:48 hr (7:43 min/mile)
  • 0:52 hr (8:22 min/mile)
  • 0:56 hr (9:00 min/mile)
  • 1:00 hr (9:39 min/mile)

Half Marathon

  • 1:38 hrs (7:30 min/mile)
  • 1:45 hrs (8:00 min/mile)
  • 1:51 hrs (8:30 min/mile)
  • 2:00 hrs (9:09 min/mile)
  • 2:10 hrs (9:54 min/mile)

Full Marathon

  • 3:00 hrs (6:52 min/mile)
  • 3:15 hrs (7:26 min/mile)
  • 3:30 hrs (8:00 min/mile)
  • 3:45 hrs (8:35 min/mile)
  • 4:00 hrs (9:10 min/mile)

What do pacers get?

Our pacers get some awesome incentives to include a free race entry into the event your pacing for, free food and drinks, endurance gels to help keep your energy during the event, a t-shirt and medal, and a discount towards a future event.
